Products must be stored in dry, cool conditions.

Orders confirmed only after payment verification.
Taila Prabha reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to fraud, address issues, or unavailability.
By purchasing from the website, users agree to all policies mentioned herein.
The Customer/Franchise/Distributor agrees to comply with all Taila Prabha brand policies regarding pricing, packaging, and product handling.
No re-labeling or unauthorized modification of products is permitted.
Franchise/Distributor territory exclusivity applies only when active sales are maintained for 3 consecutive months.
All financial transactions must follow Indian accounting and tax regulations.
Taila Prabha reserves the right to reject or revoke a franchise if terms are violated.
The franchisee agrees to maintain hygiene, transparency, and compliance with FSSAI and Legal Metrology guidelines.
Brand marketing assets and logos must be used only with written approval.
